Luna Bakery in Carlton, VIC, is seeking a hands-on pastry producer to join our busy kitchen. You will laminate, shape and bake croissants, morning buns and seasonal viennoiserie, working closely with the Head Pastry Chef to ensure top quality, consistency and food safety.
We seek someone with at least 1 year of commercial viennoiserie experience, proficient in laminated doughs, and comfortable using a dough sheeter. This is a full time role with growth opportunities within the business.
