Job Description
Responsibilities: Supervise a team and share your expertise both on and off the tools, and report directly to the business owner.

Qualifications: Relevant team management certificates and boat building experience required.

We are a local boat building business located at the Manly Marina precinct.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Lead a team of qualified boat builders and apprentice.
n
Work on a range of projects, from pleasure craft to luxury superyachts.
n
Handle all aspects of boat building, including composite materials, fiberglass, timber, power tools and boat plumbing.
n
Can be adaptable working week: choose between 4 or 5 days to suit your Lifestyle
n
