THE ROLE:

- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts
n
- Develop and refine recipes and dessert menus
n
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
n
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
n
- Manage ingredient inventory and ordering
n
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standard
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
- Experience in pastry or bakery production
n
- Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation
n
- Creativity and attention to detail
n
- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
n
n
The following is required for success in these roles:

- A strong working knowledge of HACCP and food handling requirements
n
- Previous exposure to high volume restaurants or event spaces
n
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
