Job Description

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our Truganina site under a fixed-term contract. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver high standards of service for our customers.

You will oversee the operations team and warehouse activities to meet SLAs, analyse performance data, optimise resources and costs, and develop talent for succession. Solid leadership, communication, and WMS/MS Office proficiency are essential.
