We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. Key responsibilities

Work collaboratively with children, families and educators to deliver a high-quality early childhood program

n

Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

n

Respond to children's individual interests, strengths, needs and development

n

Build warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children and families

n

Demonstrate knowledge of child development, curriculum planning and documentation

n

Maintain understanding and demonstration of the National Quality Standard (NQS) in everyday practice

n

Passionate about early childhood education and genuinely enjoys working with children

n

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

n

Committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child's individual needs

n

Demonstrates strong knowledge of child development,



curriculum planning and documentation

n

Works collaboratively as part of a professional team

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Reliable, enthusiastic and willing to contribute positively to service culture

n

Committed to continuous improvement and reflective practice

n

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an approved equivalent early childhood teaching qualification, recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)

n

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

n

Current First Aid Certificate

n

Current CPR Certificate

n

Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

n

Knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Law

n

Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining all required qualifications and checks

n

Strong understanding of child protection and child-safe practices

n

Committed to upholding all child safety requirements, policies and legislation

n
