Retail Sales Person for Gold Buyers, a small family business providing simple and secure gold buying services within shopping centres throughout Queensland. As a member of the sales team, you will be trained in precious metals testing and work across the Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shoppingworld locations on the Sunshine Coast.

Key responsibilities

n

- Provide effective and professional customer service with excellent communication and personal presentation
n
- Manage cash handling and cashier duties
n
- Use standard and tailored computer programs
n
- Work independently with minimal supervision
n
- Follow policies and procedures diligently
n
- Act as a self-starter sales assistant while working as part of a team
n
- Fill in for staff on sick leave and annual leave as needed
n

About you

- Excellent communication, customer service and personal presentation skills
n
- Cashier and money handling skills
n




- Demonstrated experience using standard and tailored computer programs
n
- Dependable and reliable
n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
- Demonstrated experience in being diligent in following policies and procedures
n
- Flexibility with schedules to work 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays
n
- Mature and responsible
n
- At least 2 professional referees who were your immediate supervisors or managers
n
- Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo a police check
n
