Job Description

As the Benefits Officer, you will play a key role in supporting benefits management, realisation and evaluation activities across a range of programs and projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and measure benefits, analyse performance and outcomes and develop reporting and insights that support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support benefits management and benefits realisation activities across programs, projects and initiatives.
n
- Collect, analyse and interpret benefits data and supporting evidence.
n
- Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation and analysis activities.
n
- Assist with economic analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and return-on-investment analysis.
n
- Develop and monitor benefits measures, indicators and evaluation frameworks.
n
- Contribute to the development and improvement of benefits frameworks, methodologies, tools and reporting approaches.
n
- Prepare reports, briefs, dashboards and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
n
- Review and validate benefits assumptions, evidence and reporting.
n
- Work closely with stakeholders to support consistent identification, measurement and reporting of benefits and disbenefits.
n
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.

About You:

- Experience in benefits management, benefits realisation, program evaluation or performance measurement.
n
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
n
- Experience supporting economic evaluation, cost-benefit analysis or performance measurement.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Experience preparing reports, briefs, dashboards or presentations for different audiences.
n
- Ability to work independently under limited direction and manage competing priorities.
n

n

Experience in benefits management, program evaluation, public policy, economics, statistics, data analytics or related disciplines would be highly regarded.
