These roles will involve a combination of machine operation, forklift operation, manual handling, production and general warehouse duties, depending on the location and position.

Key Responsibilities

n

Duties may include:

n

- Setting up and operating machinery
n
- Operating various production equipment
n
- Ensuring machines have adequate materials available
n
- Loading and unloading materials
n
- Forklift operation
n
- Moving and storing stock
n
- Manual handling and lifting
n
- Feeding raw materials into machinery
n
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
n
- Reporting damaged or defective stock
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
n
- Completing production and activity logs
n
- Following production processes and procedures
n
- Completing batch sheets and relevant documentation
n
- Identifying and reporting any issues during the shift
n
- General warehouse and production duties as required
n

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Previous machine operation and/or warehouse experience
n
- Forklift licence and experience for forklift positions
n
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n




- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
n
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
n
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
n
- Must have full Australian working rights
n
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
