The Opportunity:

This role is designed for an experienced adviser who thrives in the retail financial planning space and wants to play an active role in a firm's expansion. You will take ownership of existing client relationships while actively cultivating recent referral networks to expand your portfolio.
n You'll be supported by a dedicated team of technical specialists and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on strategy, client satisfaction, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Wealth Strategy: Deliver end-to-end advice across superannuation, SMSFs, personal investment portfolios, tax optimization, risk protection, and retirement planning.

- Relationship Leadership:



Serve as the trusted lead adviser for retail clients, maintaining exceptional retention, trust, and service standards.

- Business Expansion: Identify new client opportunities, cultivate professional referral channels (accounting/legal partners), and contribute to the firm's overall growth footprint.

- Technical Excellence: Craft tailored, compliant strategies that align with client financial goals and current regulatory frameworks.

What You'll Bring:

- Experience: 3+ years' operating as a registered Financial Adviser in Australia, with demonstrated success managing retail client accounts.

- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge across superannuation, personal insurance, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning strategies.
