APM WorkCare is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients in rebuilding confidence, independence and hope. You will meet clients in person or virtually, conduct vocational assessments, provide counselling and develop practical return-to-work plans with collaboration from employers and healthcare partners.
