About the Role
n
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the western suburbs of Brisbane, is seeking a Quality Systems Administration Officer to support their Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys document control, administration and working in a regulated setting. This is a casual ongoing opportunity working Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to
n
n
- Maintain, update and control GMP documentation and records.
n
- Prepare and process document revisions and change requests.
n
- Manage document scanning, filing, archiving and retrieval.
n
- Support quality system administration and tracking activities.
n
- Respond to stakeholder queries and provide administrative support.
n
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP and company procedures.
n
- Assist with continuous improvement and departmental projects.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in administration, document control or a similar support role.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- A proactive attitude with the ability to identify tasks and take initiative.
n
- Experience within a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or regulated environment will be highly regarded.
n
