You will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, managing fund operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property funds.

- Maintain general ledger integrity and perform reconciliations.
n
- Process distributions, capital calls, and investor reporting.
n
- Assist with tax compliance, including GST, BAS, and income tax returns.

- Liaise with auditors, external stakeholders, and fund managers.
n
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
n
- Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

About You:
n

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
n
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards certification.
n
- 2-4 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in property funds or real estate investment.

- Robust knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/AASB) and tax regulations.

- Experience with fund administration systems and accounting software.
