About the Role

n

We are seeking experienced Senior Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers to support the delivery of strategic cloud and digital transformation initiatives across its CIO Group.

n

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise cloud solutions within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring alignment with Whole-of-Government (WoG) standards, enterprise architecture frameworks, security requirements, and digital service delivery principles.

n

This role combines architecture, engineering, stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, and cloud platform governance within a dynamic Agile delivery setting.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Cloud Architecture & Solution Design

n

n
- Develop enterprise-level cloud architecture for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
n
- Produce high-level and detailed solution architectures for cloud-based services and applications.
n
- Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and implementation standards for cloud engineering teams.
n
- Conduct impact assessments and analysis for business and technical requirements.
n
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture roadmaps and Whole-of-Government standards.
n
- Promote architecture principles including reuse, configuration over customisation, and secure-by-design approaches.

Cloud Engineering & Platform Delivery

- Design, build, deploy, and support Azure-based solutions and services.

- Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available cloud platforms.
