They are after a Site Supervisor who can keep around five of these projects humming at once, and genuinely love the juggle.

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE

n

Running around 5 live custom projects at a time, each at a different stage and each with its own personality. Your job is making it all hum:

n

Subbies briefed, booked and backed up, so every trade knows exactly what they are doing, when, and to what standard

n

Programs, deliveries and inspections sequenced so nothing waits on anything

n

Defect management that actually manages defects. Snags found early, closed out fast, and clients who never need to write the angry email

n

Quality held high on heritage details, architectural junctions and one off finishes

n

Homeowners kept confident and excited while their dream home comes together

n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Site supervision or site management experience on custom residential, high end renovations or architectural builds

n

A natural multi tasker. Five sites does not scare you, it is the reason you would take the job

Seriously organised. Trades booked, programs current, paperwork done, nothing slipping between sites

n

Excellent with subbies AND homeowners. These are people's dream homes, so you keep clients confident and trades accountable, with a smile

n

Quality obsessed. Custom detail rewards the fussy, so be the fussy one
