About the role

Tranquility Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring efficient and effective management of all administrative and operational functions.

What you'll be doing

n

- Manage all administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and billing
n
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the administrative staff
n
- Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements
n
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and practice efficiency
n
- Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
n
- Collaborate with the dentists and other healthcare professionals to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, staff, and external stakeholders
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dental practice management
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n




- Proficiency in dental practice management software and other relevant business technologies
n
- Thorough understanding of dental practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance
n
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
n
- Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
n
