The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring a high standard of food and service is consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Planning menus in consultation with chefs
Planning and organising special functions
Managing purchasing, pricing and stock control
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensuring the restaurant complies with health and hygiene regulations
Monitoring customer satisfaction and service standards
Training and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff
About you
Proven track record of success within a similar role or work workplace
Have a right to work in Australia
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar role with references
Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
