We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.
This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team and helping drive the store forward. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the storeand support the team in achieving its goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, coach and motivate the team on the shop floor
- Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Lead from the front and set the standard for the team
- Support team development, training and performance
- Assist with rostering, stock, VM and store operations
- Step up and take ownership of the store when required
- Help create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor experience
- A confident and hands‑on leadership style
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Someone who enjoys coaching and developing people
- Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced retail environment
- Sports, footwear or lifestyle retail experience is highly regarded
