About the Roles

Depending on your experience, you’ll play an important role in food preparation and service, maintaining consistently high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene and food safety, while working collaboratively with our senior chefs and wider kitchen team. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, learn from experienced chefs, take ownership of your responsibilities and grow your career within Esca.
