The Role

n

This is a team member role who will work alongside experienced and qualified Team Leaders.

n

You will contribute to delivering high-quality garden maintenance services while continuing to develop your skills under strong leadership.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Mowing, edging and general garden maintenance
n




- Assisting with pruning and horticultural care
n
- Maintaining tools and vehicles
n
- Working within a structured daily schedule
n

n

Start time is 7:00am at our Burwood depot, and generally finished by 3:30pm

n

This is a casual position offering regular Monday-to-Friday work, depending on workload and your availability. It would suit someone looking for reliable weekday hours while maintaining the flexibility of casual employment.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous garden maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
n
- Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred but not essential)
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Physically capable of outdoor manual work
n
- Positive attitude and solid willingness to learn
n
- Comfortable working within structured systems
n
- Ability to step up and take responsibility when required
n
- Valid driver's licence mandatory
n
