We're seeking a Senior Manager or Senior Associate accountant to join our growing team. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping how we harness AI and digital tools to work smarter. Our perfect candidate will be career focused with a view to progressing to a partnership level in the future, have confidence at introducing potential new clients to the firm and display an ability to identify growth opportunities within the current database.

Key responsibilities
n
Managing a portfolio of clients across compliance and advisory engagements
n
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS for a range of entity structures
n
Providing proactive, strategic advice to help clients grow and thrive
n
Leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation across the firm
n
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
n
Building strong, lasting client relationships
n
About you
n
Solid technical knowledge across Australian taxation, financial reporting and compliance
n
Technology and AI acumen- comfortable adopting new tools and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can transform the profession
n
CA or CPA qualified (or well progressed)
n
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Australian public practice
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine commitment to client service
n
A strong team mentality
n
Experience with GP accounts an advantage
n
