Job Description

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal operational teams to drive project success while maintaining strong commercial and contractual controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical projects from award through to completion.
n
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
n
- Lead site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
n
- Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
n
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
n
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular project reporting.
n
- Prepare and assess variations, claims, and progress claims.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
n
- Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries.
n
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electrical construction industry.
n




- Robust knowledge of electrical infrastructure and construction projects.
n
- Demonstrated commercial and contract management experience.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Solid financial, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
n
- White Card certification.
n
- Electrical Trade Qualification.
n
- Electrical Licence.
n
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
n
- Experience working with builders, councils, or government clients.
n
