About the Role

As our National Pool Service Training Manager, you'll be the trusted go-to for all things pool care, from supporting operators with training, technical advice and mentoring, to rolling out service innovations that lift customer experience, service standards and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop and implement national training and onboarding programs

n

Train and coach store teams and pool technicians across Australia

n

Deliver expert support and troubleshooting for Pool Technicians in the field

n

Drive service consistency, compliance,



and customer experience standards

n

Provide insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for growth

n

What You'll Bring

n

Minimum 4 years' experience in the pool industry (technician background essential)

n

Deep technical knowledge of pool equipment, servicing, and water treatment

n

Robust training and coaching skills with ability to influence performance

n

Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently in the field

n

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly

n
