The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our Service team as a Field Service Fitter based out of our Canberra branch. You'll work on cutting-edge Hitachi and Bell machinery across the ACT and surrounding regions, backed by world-class training and support.
n Flexible working rosters available depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform onsite diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Hitachi equipment
n
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain robust customer relationships
n
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
n
- Work safely and in line with company quality and safety standards
n

n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Ability to work independently and solve technical issues
n
- OEM or earthmoving equipment experience (highly regarded)
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvement
n
