Job Description

Multiquip is seeking a proactive and driven WHS Coordinator to champion company safety objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance across diverse operational sites. This is a dynamic hybrid role balancing site-based safety management at the Ardmore Park Quarry (2 days/week) with metropolitan project oversight across Sydney Sites (3 days/week), including the Ingleburn Depot, Liverpool Head Office, Austral Workshop, and local chicken farms.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Partner with the Safety Manager and leadership team to implement and drive collaborative WHS initiatives.
n
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments, develop SWMS/JSAs, and manage site-level incident reporting and root-cause investigations.
n
- Execute regular site safety audits, maintain accurate document control systems, and update WHS policies and SOPs.
n
- Manage quarry-specific WHS compliance under relevant Work Health and Safety and Mine Sites regulations.
n
- Deliver targeted site safety training, onboard workers, and foster a robust, proactive safety culture.
n




- Conduct drug & Alcohol testing as required

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years of full time experience as a WHS Coordinator.
n
- Valid C-class driver's licence and comfortable with site-based travel (including office, depot, and farm/quarry environments).
n
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety (or equivalent) highly regarded.
n
- Strong background in risk management, incident investigation, and WHS documentation.
n
- Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or quarry environments is a distinct advantage.
n
- Intermediate digital literacy; working experience with digital Safetyreporting systems is a plus.
n
