Our Sydney Contact Centre is growing and we're looking for enthusiastic people to grow with it. If you love delivering great service, join us as a Contact Centre Consultant in a FULL-TIME role.

As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on 5 & 12 October (starting at 9:30am, up to 1.5 hours)

Training & AvailabilityTo succeed in this role, you'll need full-time availability for your first 4 weeks of training:

- Weeks 1 - 2 (System & Product Training): 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Weeks 3 - 4 (Consolidation & Nesting Support): 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

After that, you'll move onto a roster that suits your preferences.

Successful candidates will also attend a 1hr pre-employment medical assessment on 14 or 21 October.

About the role:

- The Sydney Contact Centre operates between 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday including public holidays except Christmas Day, with core hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm for this intake. As a full-time consultant, you'll be rostered according to our business requirements across our operational hours on a preference-based roster. Rosters are released 6 weeks in advance. Ability to work some public holidays (but not all).
- Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and new customers.
- Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.
- Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.

What You'll Bring:

- Customer service experience from hospitality, healthcare, fitness, aged care, social work or office-based roles (call centre experience highly regarded).
- A passion for health, fitness, wellness or nutrition or just making a difference in people's lives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A warm, empathetic and patient approach.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and systems (CRM experience is a bonus).
- Robust teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
