Resident Experience Lead - Immediate Start

We are recruiting a Resident Concierge to join the opening team of an exciting new residential community in Western Sydney.

This is far more than a traditional concierge role. You’ll become the welcoming face of the community helping residents settle into their new homes, solving day-to-day problems and creating the kind of experience that makes people genuinely love where they live.

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone from hospitality, hotels, property or another customer-focused environment who wants to build a long-term career in Australia’s rapidly growing Living Sectors industry.

The Role
Working Wednesday to Sunday, you’ll be at the heart of the community and work closely with the on‑site property management and operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming residents, guests and contractors
- Supporting residents throughout the move‑in process
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Building genuine relationships with residents
- Assisting with community events and resident engagement initiatives
- Coordinating with property management, maintenance and operations teams
- Ensuring shared spaces are welcoming and beautifully presented
- Helping create a positive, connected and enjoyable place to live

About You You’re bright, approachable and naturally good with people. You enjoy being busy, take ownership of problems and know how to remain calm when things don’t go entirely to plan.
You’ll also bring:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, friendly and skilled approach
- The ability to multitask and stay organised
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Experience within hospitality, hotels, property, retail or another customer-facing setting
- A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Assistant Agent Certificate—or a willingness to complete the required study
