We are seeking an experienced and reliable Duct Installer to join our team. This role will involve:

- Assemble and install ductwork, HVAC equipment, vents, grilles, and insulation according to blueprints and specifications on commercial and industrial environments.
n
- High quality workmanship and attention to detail.
n
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
n
- Coordinate with other trades on site.
n
- Interpreting drawings and specifications, measuring and cutting ductwork and installing spiral, square and rectangular ducts in accordance with projects requirements and Australian Standards.
n
- Assisting with duct installation and cladding as required.
n
- Assess job sites to determine material needs and best installation methods.
n
- Complete paperwork, timesheets, and maintain inventory.
n
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans.
n
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures.

The Role

- Installing sheet metal and pre-fabricated ductwork in office
n
- Assisting with duct insulation and cladding as required
n
- Working at heights and in confined spaces (where necessary)
n
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
n
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in duct installation or HVAC sheet metal work.
n
- Trade qualification in Sheet Metal / Ductwork (preferred but not essential)
n
- Current White Card (mandatory)
n
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
n
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
n
- Reliability and punctuality.
