About the role

Own the health, performance and growth of an allocated insurance-client portfolio. Build trusted relationships, expand CMS services within existing organisations and partner with delivery teams to deliver on client commitments.

Duties
n

- Manage client relationships and maintain structured contact cadences
n
- Grow accounts across teams, branches, divisions and service lines
n
- Introduce CMS services and establish client pilot programs
n
- Monitor referral, engagement and account-performance metrics
n
- Resolve issues and coordinate commitments with delivery teams
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
- Insurance,
workers compensation or personal injury experience
n
- Account management experience with complex corporate clients
n
- Credibility with claims teams and senior decision-makers
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance-reporting capability
n
- Current driver's licence; NSW travel and required checks
n
- Established portfolio of warm client relationships
n
- Genuine autonomy over account management and growth
n
- Collaborative team focused on long-term relationships
n
