As an Interior Designer at Besa Homes, you'll guide clients through their interior and exterior selections, bringing creativity, design expertise and a strong understanding of materials together to create beautiful, personalised homes.

n

Working across luxury custom builds, you'll develop considered design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget and construction requirements.

n

Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you'll help deliver an exceptional design journey and homes that reflect the quality and vision of Besa Homes.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead client colour and selections appointments for interior and exterior finishes

n

Develop creative, cohesive design concepts for luxury residential homes

n

Guide clients through materials, colours, fixtures, fittings, cabinetry, electrical and lighting selections

n

Provide design advice that reflects client preferences, current trends and architectural style

n

Recommend products and upgrades that balance aesthetics, functionality, value and budget

n

Prepare design presentations, mood boards, colour palettes, renders and product schedules

n

Maintain strong knowledge of residential materials, finishes and products

n

Stay informed about emerging design trends, materials and industry innovations

n

Liaise with suppliers regarding products, ranges and specifications

n

Assist with the development and maintenance of the Besa Homes selections studio

n

Contribute to product range and upgrade recommendations

n





Accurately document client selections, variations, approvals and specifications

n

Maintain accurate selection schedules, renders and documentation within company systems

n

Review plans and specifications to identify potential design and construction issues

n

Ensure design documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes

n

Collaborate with sales, drafting, estimating and construction teams throughout the project

n

Resolve selection-related queries and assist with variations during pre-construction and construction

n

Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

n

Manage client expectations around budgets, product availability and construction requirements

n

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth progression of projects from contract through to construction

n

Skills & Experience

n

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer, Colour Consultant, Selections Consultant, or similar role

n

Relevant qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline are desirable

n

Robust understanding of residential construction and design principles

n

Excellent communication and presentation skills

n





Robust customer service and relationship management capabilities

n

High attention to detail and organisational skills

n

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

n

Revit & Microsoft Office Suite experience is desirable but not essential.

n

Familiarity with Enscape, AutoCAD or other design and presentation software is an advantage

n
