You'll need:

- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Hospital pharmacy experience (ward rounds, dispensing, discharging, clinical)

- Proficient User in iPharmacy/MERLIN (preferred), EMR and paper-based charts
n
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
n
- Regional experience desired but not essential
