Finance & HR Administrator

n

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Finance & HR Administrator with strong attention to detail to join our Operations team. This role supports both Finance and Human Resources functions, providing administrative assistance across payroll and leave support, accounts administration, recruitment, employee records,



and general business operations.

n

This permanent position offers flexibility, with full-time or part-time arrangements available for the right candidate.

n

Skills & Experience

n

The Finance & HR Administrator works closely with the Operations team, supporting Finance, HR, and employees across the business ensuring efficient operations and maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

n

Profile and Responsibilities

n

The successful candidate will have

n

n
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, finance, HR, or business support role.
n
- Data Entry and Accuracy: Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain records and registers.
n
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee, financial, and business information with discretion and integrity.
n
- Systems and Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Project management, accounting, or HRIS systems is highly regarded. BST Smart Client or similar program experience is desirable.
n
- Communication and Organisation Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
n

You will be able to

- Support Finance and HR Operations: Assist with accounts payable and receivable administration, timesheet support, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, leave administration, and general reporting requirements.
n
- Maintain Accurate Business Records: Manage financial records, documentation, registers, spreadsheets, and filing systems, displaying accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
n
- Build Effective Relationships: Communicate professionally with employees, providing proactive administrative support to managers, clients, and external stakeholders while delivering a high standard of customer service.
n
