Following an exciting new chapter for the business the agency is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team and play a key role in its continued success.

This is not your typical Property Management environment. You'll be joining a small, respected business with quality properties, established landlord relationships and the freedom to bring your ideas to the table. Supported by a dedicated Junior PM and VA, this role offers the opportunity to focus on what you do best - managing relationships, delivering exceptional service and growing the business.

The Role

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 240 residential properties, maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
n
- Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals, vacates and re-leasing.
n
- Work alongside the Junior PM on inspections and leasing, with VA support for administration.
n
- Onboard new properties and clients, identifying and securing current business opportunities.
n
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the Property Management department, with the opportunity to progress into a 2IC / leadership role.
n

About You

n

You're an experienced Property Manager who knows how to manage a portfolio, build strong relationships and deliver a high level of service.

n

You may already be a Senior Property Manager, or an experienced Property Manager ready to step into a role with more responsibility, autonomy and career progression. To be successful, you will have:

n

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
n
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, maintenance and legislation.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- A proactive approach to client service and new business.
n
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
n
- An interest in developing systems, processes and the wider department.
n
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
n
