Our client, a leader in the commercial laundry industry, is seeking reliable and hardworking Laundry Production Labourers to join their team in Footscray. This is a physically active role suited to candidates with previous labouring, warehouse, production, or industrial experience who are available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handling and moving large volumes of laundry throughout the facility
n
- Operating an overhead pull system to transport laundry loads
n
- Loading and unloading industrial washing equipment
n
- Pushing, pulling, and manoeuvring heavy laundry loads
n
- Sorting and processing linen and garments
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
n
- Working effectively as part of a busy production team
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in labouring, warehouse, production, manufacturing,



or industrial environments
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks
n
- Comfortable reaching overhead and pushing/pulling heavy laundry loads throughout the shift
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Robust work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
n
- Must have your own reliable transport or be able to commute via public transport within 30 minutes
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

- Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm
