About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)

n

As a Personal Training Manager, you'll lead and grow the PT team, driving performance, culture and results across the club.

n

You'll play a key role in building a high-performing PT business, supporting trainers to succeed, and creating an environment where members achieve real results.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing PT team
n
- Driving PT revenue, growth and overall club performance
n
- Supporting trainer development and building a strong pipeline of future PTs
n
- Leading group training initiatives and member engagement activities
n
- Ensuring compliance,



safety and high service standards
n
- Contributing to a high-performance, results-driven club culture
n

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven leadership experience (PT or fitness environment preferred)
n
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (or working towards)
n
- A strong mentor who can build and develop teams
n
- Business-minded with a passion for growth and results
n
- Authentic, driven and passionate about fitness
n
- Organised, proactive and target-focused
