About The Role

n

Due to the Company's growth, we are looking for talented and experienced Auto Electrician and 4th year apprentices to join our growing team in Pakenham & Ferntree Gully. We will be looking for enthusiasm, solid work ethics, good work culture and attention to detail with a focus on delivering work to the highest standard. Loyalty to our brand is crucial for this position and in return we offer a clean workshop, with up-to-date tooling and machinery, above award wages and long term employment with a reputable employer.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n




- Diagnostic, fault finding, installation, and repairs on a range of vehicles
n
- Design, build and install vehicle Dual Battery Systems
n
- Prior experience with dual battery systems required
n
- Install vehicle electrical accessories to a wide range of Offroad, recreational, passenger, and trade vehicles
n
- Test, troubleshoot & fault find vehicle electrical systems and components
n

n

Skills and attributes required:

n

n
- Trade qualified with Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent certificationwith 3-5 years experience in the same/similar role
n
- Must hold Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology only as the required qualification
n
- Ability to follow OH&S; and COVID-19 safety procedures
n
- Self-starters with the ability to work unsupervised & take pride in their work
n
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a will to adapt to a variety of work
n
- Exhibit initiative, drive, and a great sense of humour
n
- Ability to work to time frames without being rushed
n
- Valid Australian manual driver's licence required
n
- Must hold a full licence only for the Australian manual driver's licence requirement
n
- Must have full Australian working rights
n
- Mechanically astute and competent
n
- 4WD experience is not required
n
