We servicea diverse range of clients from technology start-ups to billion-dollar ASX-listed and government-owned corporations in the commercial aspects of research, development, management and technology transfer. The Brisbane team seeks to recruit an Administration/Project Assistant to join their team.

The Position

n

By providing support to senior managers, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- General administrative support necessary for daily running of the office e.g. answering phones, data entry, ordering stationery and gifts;
n
- Management and updating of our CRM systems and databases;
n
- Creating relevant and engaging content for blog posts and mail outs and managing and regularly updating social media accounts;
n
- Competent in management of IT systems and liaising with IT providers;
n
- Assistance with the preparation of R&D; claims such as drafting of registration applications,



review of company financials and calculations of eligible R&D; expenditure.

Youwill also have the prospect to get involved in ad hoc projects which will give you exposure to the broader business.

n

The role would suit a University student looking for experience in a professional firm while studying.

Requirements

n

n
- Will be able to work 2-4 days depending on the business workflow and needs. Hours can be flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate;
n
- Will have at least 1-2years of experience in a professional environment (or similar);
n
- A degree or current study in University is desirable.
n
- A self-starter with an inquisitive mind who demonstrates a committed and flexible approach, complemented by exceptional relationship management skills, will excel in this role. Strong attention to detail, as well as written and verbal communication skills are essential.
