We work with a prestigious corporate law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Lawyer (2-5+ PAE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to work closely with leading practitioners on complex, high-value transactions and development matters, acting for sophisticated institutional investors, private capital sponsors, developers, asset managers and major corporates.

About the role

n

We are actively seeking a 2-5+ years PAE Lawyer/Senior Lawyer, with expertise in real estate law to join a well-regarded property team based in Sydney.

n

In this role, you will work closely with an experienced, highly reputable Partner who is also the head of the real estate team, gaining exposure to a diverse mix of transactional, advisory, and project-based work.

Additionally, key responsibilities include:

- assist with drafting,



reviewing and negotiating legal documentation while supporting complex transactions and significant client matters
n
- conduct legal research, prepare practical advice and liaise with clients, counterparties and other key stakeholders
n
- manage competing priorities across a variety of matters while developing robust technical, commercial and client relationship skills
n

n

About you

n

You will have 2-5+ years' PAE, with experience with a mid to top tier law firm and a background in transactional property-related matters.

n

Additionally, you will have:

- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
n
- Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and colleagues
n
- Demonstrated knowledge about your client's industries
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills. '
