SmartClinics Windsor is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team with an immediate start available. This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a faced paced, engaging environment.

In this role you will:

n

Deliver exceptional patient service at all times

n

Efficiently manage patient data, appointments and follow procedures

n

Provide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and Doctor workload is effectively managed at all times

n

Process patients billings/receipts

n

Assist Doctors with day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks

n

Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times

n

Flexibility with work hours and ability to cover shifts where needed

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritise

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work in a diverse team and independently

n

Previous Medical Reception experience or similar is preferred

n

Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information

n
