The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and a genuine commitment to safety, leadership and developing their team. **To be successful in this role, you will have:*** Current **C Class Driver's Licence (manual)*** Minimum **5 years' experience in open pit mining or quarrying**,



including experience operating mining equipment* **Supervisor S26 Certificate*** Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team* Intermediate proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite**, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills* A collaborative approach with demonstrated team-building capabilities* A strong commitment to safety and operational performance About us**Genesis Mining Services (GMS)** is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genesis Minerals Limited. GMS has been established to provide in-house open pit mining services across the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
