The Role

n

You'll take ownership of complex bespoke structural projects, remaining hands-on from design through to construction while becoming a key part of a growing specialist team.

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Hands-on structural design across steel and concrete
n
- Suspended slab and PT concrete design
n
- Custom residential,



complex renovations and boutique multi-residential projects
n
- Project ownership from design through construction
n
- Working directly with architects, builders and clients
n
- Site inspections and practical construction-stage solutions
n
- Design review, coordination and technical problem solving
n
- Commercial input into project delivery and client outcomes
n

About You

n

Technical capability matters, but attitude, communication and the way you approach your work matter just as much.

n

You'll be an experienced Structural Engineer with robust hands-on design capability across steel and concrete, including suspended slabs and ideally PT concrete.

n

You'll also bring:

n

n
- Strong experience within building structures
n
- Practical construction knowledge and sound engineering judgement
n
- Confidence dealing directly with architects, builders and clients
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- A commercial mindset and ownership of project outcomes
n
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with other experienced engineers
n
- Experience across bespoke residential, complex renovations or boutique multi-residential would be highly regarded
n
- Existing relationships within the architectural community would be advantageous
n
- RPEQ registration is highly regarded, however there is flexibility depending on your broader experience, capability and fit.
