We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A; Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, delivering commercial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to support informed decision-making across a complex and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
n
- Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
n
- Deliver executive and board reporting with meaningful insights
n
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance
n
- Identify opportunities for commercial improvement and operational efficiency
n
- Enhance reporting, dashboards and financial processes
n




- Support strategic projects, investment decisions and growth initiatives
n

About You

n

n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Significant experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles
n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
n
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
n
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded
n
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
n
