Lead from the front line. Shape the day-to-day for the participants and teams you support. Be the steady hand your sites rely on.
At LEAP Support Services Tasmania, our NDIS service means the world to our Participants which means our Team is at the core of everything we stand for. Founded in 2014 and grounded in a person-centred approach, LEAP has grown into one of the leading NDIS providers on Tasmania's North-West Coast - offering Supported Independent Living, Short and Medium-Term Accommodation, 1:1 community support, and Coordination of Supports.
Which brings us to you. We're after an experienced support worker who leads by doing, who's just as comfortable delivering exceptional care to participants while also leading a team of Support Workers who are responsible for keeping the lives and homes of our participants running smoothly.
