Key responsibilities:

Providing accurate and tailored dispensing advice based on prescription requirements, lens options, lifestyle needs and frame suitability.





Styling patients in eyewear that complements their personal style and lifestyle

Managing dispensing adjustments, troubleshooting, frame fitting, repairs and patient concerns with confidence.

Processing health fund claims and assisting with Medicare-related administration.

Maintaining a premium retail environment and supporting the day-to-day running of the practice.

Experience and skills:

At least 2 years of experience as an Optical Dispenser (Cert IV is highly regarded, although experienced non-qualified dispensers are encouraged to apply).

Excellent customer service and retail sales skills.

A keen eye for high-end fashion and styling.

Close attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is available Thursday evenings AND either Saturday or Sunday

Takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to help the team rather than waiting to be asked

Treats patients and colleagues with kindness and respect.

Brings energy, initiative and a positive team attitude.

Is open to learning, feedback and continued development.
