An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Spa Therapist to join the team at Eden Retreat.

Set amongst 400 acres of lush rainforest in the Currumbin Valley, Eden is a luxury wellness retreat offering our guests the opportunity to step away from everyday life and focus on their wellbeing.

Our Spa and Vitality Centre is an integral part of the Eden experience, combining exceptional hands‑on treatments with contemporary wellness therapies in a beautiful and peaceful environment.

We are looking for a warm, experienced and passionate therapist who genuinely enjoys connecting with guests and delivering an exceptional level of care.

About the role

As a Spa Therapist at Eden, you will deliver a range of premium treatments tailored to the individual needs of our guests, including:

- Massage therapies: Relaxation, deep tissue and hot stone massage. Experience in pregnancy massage would be highly advantageous.

- Advanced body treatments: Full‑body exfoliation and Vichy shower treatments.

- Facials: Delivering our signature facial using beautiful organic skincare products.

- Japanese Head Spa: Willingness to undertake training and deliver our Japanese Head Spa treatments.

- LED Phototherapy: Training will be provided in our LED phototherapy treatments and protocols.

- Guest consultations: Taking the time to understand each guest's individual needs and tailoring treatments accordingly.

- Committed to exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Meticulous in maintaining beautiful, pristine treatment rooms.

- Focused on guest comfort, privacy and safety at all times.

- Open to learning new treatments, technologies and wellness modalities.

- A supportive team member who enjoys working within a positive, cooperative environment.

Qualifications & experience

- Relevant Diploma or recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or equivalent.

- Previous experience within a luxury spa, wellness retreat, resort or similar environment is highly regarded.

- Strong massage experience is essential.

- Experience with Vichy treatments, facials and advanced spa treatments is advantageous.

- Pregnancy massage qualifications or experience would be highly regarded.
