Motackle & Outdoors is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Coffs Harbour.

n

About the Role

n

Working within our busy online and mail-order team, you'll be one of the key points of contact for Motackle customers.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting customers via phone, email, live chat.
n
- Providing knowledgeable advice on fishing tackle and outdoor products
n
- Helping customers select the right products for their fishing needs
n
- Answering product, availability and order enquiries
n
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Assisting customers with existing orders, deliveries and general enquiries
n
- Using computer systems including Microsoft Office and Retail Express pos
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing the level of service Motackle is known for
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and has a strong interest in fishing.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n




- Good fishing knowledge and a genuine passion for the sport
n
- Excellent customer service skills
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
n
- Solid attention to detail
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
n
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
n
- A willingness to learn and expand your product knowledge
n

n

Experience That Would Be an Advantage

n

Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

n

n
- Fishing tackle or outdoor retail
n
- Fishing, camping, boating, diving or outdoor recreation industries
n
- Customer service
n
- E-commerce or online retail
n
- Phone or online sales
n
- Retail Express or similar retail/e-commerce systems
n
