POOL MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER & SWIMMING INSTRUCTORS WANTED

Star Swim Schools – Clyde, Melbourne VIC

Star Swim Schools is looking for experienced Swim School Manager or Assistant Manager with pool industry experience, as well as qualified Swimming Instructors to join our growing team.

About you

- Experienced swimming school manager or instructor
n
- Pool industry experience
n

n

Pool Manager Responsibilities

n

n
- Oversee daily pool and swim school operations
n
- Coordinate customer service and enrolments
n
- Manage staff, rosters and lesson schedules
n
- Ensure pool safety, compliance and water quality
n
- Support and supervise swimming instructors
n
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming facility
n
