Job Description

Banyule City Council is seeking a Statutory Enforcement Officer to support protected, compliant and high-quality building outcomes. You will lead investigations into building-related complaints and manage enforcement actions, collaborating with the Municipal Building Surveyor to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.

The role requires registration as Building Surveyor/Inspector, knowledge of the Building Act 1993 and related regulations, and strong communication to stakeholders across the Council.
