Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead the CIEL Spa team, overseeing operations, rostering, recruitment and training to deliver personalised guest experiences.

You will supervise reception, manage inventory, develop training, and collaborate with Marketing on spa promotions while guiding staff performance and ensuring the luxury standards of the Mondrian brand.
