About the role

n

n
- End-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base
n
- Superannuation, legislative and statutory compliance obligations
n
- Contractor and employee onboarding
n
- Responding to client and contractor queries on timesheets and payroll
n
- Supporting the Implementation team with client go-lives
n
- Documenting and improving processes as the team scales
n
- Contributing to sales support - quotes, proposals and presentations as needed
n

What they're looking for

n

n
- Experience with Foundu or Fast Track is highly regarded - KeyPay or Astute is also well regarded
n




- Exposure to UK payroll is an advantage
n
- 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an outsourced or recruitment payroll setting
n
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
n
- A genuine customer service mindset - clients will rely on you
n
- Solid understanding of contractor payroll, Modern Awards and EBAs
n
