This is an opportunity to deliver physical and electronic security systems across enterprise-scale office builds and workplace environments, partnering with internal stakeholders, construction teams, consultants and specialist security vendors.

About the Role

n

You will take ownership of physical security project delivery from design coordination through construction, installation, commissioning and operational handover.

n

Working across multiple stakeholders and project disciplines, you will ensure security systems are delivered on time, aligned with project requirements and integrated effectively within the broader office build.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Manage end-to-end delivery of physical security systems across office builds and facility environments
n
- Own project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, documentation and stakeholder reporting
n
- Coordinate security integrators, design consultants, general contractors, construction partners and internal teams
n
- Support RFP/RFI processes, vendor evaluation, procurement activities and contract deliverables
n
- Review security design documentation, drawings and technical specifications
n
- Coordinate requirements across architectural, electrical, network, AV and other construction disciplines
n
- Manage installation, programming, testing, commissioning, punch-list and operational handover activities
n
- Identify delivery risks and drive resolution across vendors and project stakeholders
n
- Support project governance,

Skills & Experience You'll Bring

n

n
- 7+ years' project management experience, preferably within physical security, electronic security, construction, design or corporate workplace environments
n
- Direct experience delivering physical/electronic security systems within office builds, commercial fit-outs, facilities or similar construction environments
n
- Robust experience with access control and CCTV/video surveillance systems, with exposure to intercom, visitor management or integrated security platforms
n
- Experience managing security integrators, technical vendors, consultants and construction partners
n
- Experience taking projects through design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover
n
- Ability to interpret design drawings, technical specifications and construction documentation
n
- Strong budget, schedule, risk, vendor and stakeholder management capability
n
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale corporate workplace or real estate projects will be highly regarded
n
- Comfortable working in active construction environments and travelling to project sites when required
n
